Pork Steaks are taken from the shoulder area of the hog, and have a darker meat, full of flavor and tender. We love to marinate and grill this favorite cut! Pork steaks have 2 per package and are $7.99/lb.
The largest pork steaks came from our large Mangalitsa pig and is VERY large, but they are delicious!
All our hogs were born and raised on our farm, and are free from vaccines, hormones, and antibiotics. They were raised in the forest and on pasture, and fed a ration of fresh grain from our local feed mill, along with fresh veggies and fruit.
