The Michigan Agriculture Environmental Assurance Program (MAEAP) is a voluntary program for farmers in Michigan who want to ensure that the practices on their farm are safe for the environment.

The program works with farmers to identify areas of their farm and farm practices that could potentially have negative effects on their local ecosystem, and help develop a plan to improve and resolve them.

As we work to restore our land holistically and regeneratively, we wanted to be sure that the things we were doing would not have any negative effects to our environment. We want to be good stewards of the land we were blessed with; becoming MAEAP certified has been a part of that goal.

*Our farm is certified in cropping, farmstead, and livestock.
